Potluck Potatoes

 

 

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) container of sour cream
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • Several peeled and sliced red potatoes
 

 

Mix all ingredients together; place in crock-pot on low until potatoes are done, about 6 to 8 hours.

Tried July/2006 – Our crock-pot does not need this long to cook – at most 4 hours!  Tasted Awesome!  Definitely comfort food!
